Gryffindor:
Every new Potterhead wants to be in gryffindor, that’s true. But I want to defend my Gryffindors by saying, we are not all fake and stupid. We’re just gryffindor. We have the traits to be in it, so we Are in it.
Ravenclaw: Not all ravenclaws are stuck up and bookworms. Sure most of them are bookworms, but that doesn’t mean they are human encyclopedias.
Slytherin: Sure they might be a little to ego liking, but no they are not evil. Every house has their flaws. Why hate Slytherins? (Quick note ima a gryfferin. So I think it’s judgmental to say Gryffindors And Slytherins hate each other. My bestie is a Slytherin.)
Hufflepuff: We love them and we all need them in our life. But people are make them look dumb, and just stupid. Just because someone is kind doesn’t mean they are dumb.

Even though their mother is a war heroine, they’re bullied for Draco’s history as a Death Eater. Scorp doesn’t have it as bad, since many Slytherins have family who supported Voldy. But it’s an esp. hard adjustment for Lyra and Leo. Many of their housemates treat them like outcasts, saying they should be in Slytherin.
But Malfoys stick together. Some of Lyra’s tormentors end up in detention 24/7, as Filch always catches them breaking rules— thanks to an anonymous tipster. As for Leo’s... everyone suspects Lyra is the one who made them get attacked by birds and fall flat on their face in the corridor, but no one can prove it. Luckily, by Year 2, most of their classmates respect them.
When all else fails, nothing works better than a hug from your older siblings. Gorgeous art and feels from the lovely @kumatan0720. 😭💖

@kumatan0720 gives me too much credit– she’s definitely co-creator of Lyra, Leo, and the MTM version of Scorp. 😍 She’s come up with many of the heart-melting headcanons she’s drawn or I’ve written😭
Here’s our answer (because yes, we did talk about it 😂):
Scorp & Albus: besties. Both are sneaky / clever / ambitious Slytherins but are also bleeding hearts. The way Scorp views Albus’ siblings is shaped by Albus’ relationships with them, because he takes Albus’ side, and vice versa.
Scorp & Lily: when he’s younger, he thinks she’s annoying (like Albus). But at Hogwarts, they get along well enough. Scorp is 2 years older than her, so she’s Prefect when he’s Head Boy. They respect / work well with each other.
Albus & Lyra: like Scorp, Albus thinks Lyra is annoying, obnoxious, and a bit scary. That said, if he or Scorp catch anyone being mean to Lyra at Hogwarts, they’ll find an underhanded way to punish them.
Albus & Leo: like Scorp, Albus thinks Leo is adorable and too pure for this world. In fact, he and Albus’ first fight was over who got to hold Leo (Albus said Scorp was “hogging” him, and Hermione had to come in and mediate).
James & Scorp do NOT get along well (as this comic implies). Scorp thinks that James is cocky. Their dynamic is just like their dads’: antagonistic, begrudgingly respectful, will do favors for the other but hold it over the other’s head.
James & Lyra: James finds Lyra’s antics amusing as a child, but by the time she gets to Hogwarts, he’s too busy with girls and Quidditch to pay her much mind. Lyra is fine with this, because she thinks James is a cocky idiot.
James & Leo: There’s a 10 year age gap, so James doesn’t have many opinions on Leo. He mostly remembers him as the drooling, teething potat or the little nugget running around at large family / social gatherings.
Lily & Lyra: Lily is a year older and bossy, so Lyra couldn’t stand her growing up. It gets better as they get older, but they still have a similar dynamic to Ginny and Draco: they’ll never be besties, but there’s a tolerance / stiff respect. That said, Lily looks out for Leo when he joins Gryffindor, which Lyra appreciates.
Lily & Leo: Lily adores Leo– he’s the baby brother she never had. Leo, however, has had a secret crush on Lily for forever. She helps him adjust to his new house, but he is devastated when he realizes she has a boyfriend. Luckily, Lyra introduces Leo to a few new Ravenclaws who are closer to his age.😉
