29th book of 2023. A couple plot twists I didn’t see coming.
Really liked this book.
So the premise of this book is there is only one winner but I don’t want anyone to lose (or die). I really like how it’s written. The ending is going to be the determining factor for 4 or 5 stars.
There’s still going to be a couple plot twist revelations and I’m oddly thinking one is about a secret gay relationship that is oddly placed but I might be projecting haha. And I’m curious about the Pregame flashbacks.
Im thinking Maggie and Noah won the first little challenge not cause they came in first but because they helped Sarah but I dunno. I’m rambling and I’m anxious.
Every queer rom-com is a frenemies, turned friends, turned lovers and they all make me end up lonely and crying but I’m a glutton for punishment.

I’m reading a queer romance and yearning hella bad, so is the protagonist.
The only difference is he’s probably gonna end up with the guy and I’m gonna be sitting here crying and alone.

If Audition was twice as long I think I’d like it more.
I liked the way The Patient was told story wise.
I find it fitting that basically the entirety of the quest with Sidon is all about trying to get the water to run clear.

TJ Klune has done it again. Just a phenomenal book. I love how he writes about love and family.

All I know is that if something happens to Nurse Ratched or Rambo, I’ll die.
I’m just about halfway through and they are about yo embark on their journey. I’m trying to mentally prepare myself but I don’t think anything will make me ready if something happens.
In addition to worrying about the well being of Nurse Ratched and Rambo, I also think Victor is going to have to make a heart choice between Gio and Hap and I cannot deal with that.

FINALLY after two weeks finished my 24th book of 2023. I really struggled with this one. It was just really slow for me but an interesting story.
I’ve really been struggling with reading my latest book. I’m even more determined to finish it cause the new TJ Klune book just came out. But so did Star Wars Jedi Survivor. I just want this book to be over.
I’m still way ahead of schedule of 52 books this year and I’ve still read every day of 2023.

23rd book of 2023 finished!
In a post-apocalyptic world, testosterone has turned into a virus basically turning all men into raping, violent, monsters and trans women fighting to survive.
I’ll be honest, I was really on the fence with this book the first half. But the second half pulled me in and had me bawling.
If you like violence, sex, and TERFs being murdered, this book may be for you (I will say probably a lot of trigger warnings in this book).
