Hello, Fair Wanderer!

Welcome to my blog! I'm Vee (Victor or Victoria), a 24-year old mad scientist who loves biology and robots on equal footing. I'm currently going to school for a degree in history! I would love nothing more to meet every one of you and go hunt for mushrooms and animal bones in the woods.

I’m really autistic and don’t mean to hurt you if ask a question. Please tell me what words I used that were hurtful, because I’m always trying to learn.

I also have a more aesthetic blog, @ophelias-swimming-pool. Go there if you want to camp out in the digital graveyard of Tumblr with me!

I just queued this for a year

if you drool, i love you.

if you talk out of the side of your mouth or otherwise physically move your mouth to speak in a "weird" way that causes pain or affects pronunciation, i love you.

if you walk or otherwise move your limbs in a way that isn't socioculturally considered "normal" or "healthy," i love you.

if you have to breathe loudly and heavily to get enough air, i love you.

Knowing that “punk” was basically a synonym for “faggot” has me fucked up. Imagine the alternate timeline where they switched places and we have genres like “faggot rock” and “cyberfaggot”.

Well this sure hit me like a ton of bricks

Also, it's a hell of a lot easier to learn skills to NOT forget things so often when you're not dealing with constant distress over the problems the forgotten things are causing you, actually!

So he's MORE LIKELY to grow up to be an adult who doesn't lose multiple jobs due to forgetfulness if he's given the opportunity to learn those tactics with a safety net as a kid.

I'm reminded of a thing I saw somewhere.

"you can give a man a fish AND teach him how to fish, you know. And it's a lot easier to learn how to fish when you're not starving"
