📗- Mars in Sagittarius can be seen as harsh in speech and could possibly indicate many wounds.

📗- Mercury placed in tenth could be an indication of success.

📗- Sun placed in sixth have a pretty high metabolism, and could burn fat, easily.

📗- I’ve noticed many Virgo/Sagittarius combination having a interest in astrology.

📗- Venus in Aquarius need a friend and a lover, who’ll appreciate their active minds, and ideas. Very passionate about their beliefs and could get bored pretty easily.

📗- Gemini/3rd house stelliums are very restless and in need of constant flowing stimulation.

📗- Libra moons are so helpful.

📗- Saturn in the first, may have teeth issues.

📗- Capricorn Moons, Cancers could help you with pessimism.

📗- I’ve noticed Sagittarius Venuses happen to have a prominent tall physique

📗- Taurus placements could be very mulish.

Also you can see the flowers reappearing out of place again, usually when he’s hallucinating. Similar to the time they appeared when he first saw Arima.

Not Arima fanboying or anything…but (the real) Arima didn’t walk out of no where, or ever, directly said “You’re my quinque.” right? That was all Haise’s imagination. It’s no different than the time Rize appears in Kaneki mind when he was being tortured by Yamori. I’m surely not going to use that phrase against him to fuel the Arima hate train…

Where was that stated? Unless I believe you're talking about the time where he says "I need a new quinque", you could possibly interpret it as a actual new quinque to replace IXA since it was damaged by Kaneki. Its not really definitely clear on what he was referring to, it most likely on how you interpret the meaning.
