Twelfth Doctor's Theme Murray Gold
First appeared in Deep Breath, but also in Into The Dalek. There's no doubt. This is The Doctor's new theme.
The Twelfth Doctor's Theme (Calm)
Here's a rough transcription of the theme and accompaniment:
Interestingly enough, the chords are exactly the same as I Am The Doctor, but begin on A minor, instead of D minor.

Destroy You Murray Gold Uploaded by WhoFan9 Deep Breath (2014)
Action music!
Possibly features the Doctor's new theme, although it's a little too soon to tell. Peppered through out Deep Breath the interval of a 6th, A up to F (also the interval of the first two notes of the Doctor Who theme itself), followed by a perfect 5th, G to D. You'll hear it in the brass at 0:19-0:34.
This motif can also be heard during the Doctor's horse ride across London, as well as during his talk with Clara in the TARDIS.
