Purebred is the dog whose parents are of purebred. You can even question the purity of a dog and examine by surgical methods.Some organizations like American Kennel club reproduces mixed breed, but these dogs need to be changed. For purebred dogs, such alterations are not necessary. According to the Assembly, Act passed in California, dogs which are not purebred have to be neutered over 6 months of age. But the bill had some controversial issue with the American Kennel Club. There are small breed dogs as well as large breed dogs of which small breed dogs have become a style for people by watching them with the celebrities.

Choosing a name for your small breed dog which suits their little body is essential. The dogs which are small breed will be fast in reacting, and their temperament also will be in the hike. So a soft name will suit them better as the name which is very short could cause more excitement in them which can be avoided. Names like Fifi, etc will be better as it will produce a better soothing effect on them.

There are several breeds to choose from and choosing the kind you want is very easy, but maintaining the health of the dog and giving the proper food regarding the dog breed is very essential. Try to provide the small breed dogs a well-balanced diet especially used for the young ones. You can feed the dog 2/3 times a day, and after six months feed them twice and never give the dog, the left over’s of your meals and always use clean vessels, so that they never intake any decomposed food or fall sick. Use fresh water to feed, and water should be changed daily and don’t give the same water which has been kept long before.

 Each small dog breed will have different needs, and they will have various stages of the life cycle too from a little puppy to an adult dog to old dog. Usually, small dog breeds will be quite active and energetic and consume moiré amount of food and water. Such dogs may also behave as most mischievous dogs and care has to be taken to train them from the small age of puppy itself.

 A well-trained dog is better, and how to behave, how to keep clean, not to throw objects or destroy any furniture of the house, all need to be trained. Starting from giving a simple command like sit, stand, down, come and patiently trying it out will make the dog listen to your words. Dedication is significant in this matter, and dogs also need to be potty trained just like children. Make effective communication and give the dog its own space which makes you and the dog feel happy and thus both can live in harmony.

Miniature Schnauzer is also one of the small breeds. Affenpinscher, Schipperke (belonging to Belgian side), Pug (very small), Chinese Imperial, Maltese, Pomeranian, Beagle, etc are some of the dogs belonging to small breeds
