- Weigh anytime possible {before eating, after eating, before purge, after purge}
- Mental or physical note of cals
- 8+ hours of sleep
- Cardio 4 times a week
- Yoga
- Constant social media influence
- Diary entries encouraged
- 2+ water bottles a day
- Any food is allowed as long as it is under 400cals and is eaten after 10pm

- 2 max meals daily
- Start: 700cal Max
- After 2 weeks: 450cal Max
- Social media influence
- Weigh in morning, then at night
- Yoga
- Full body workout throughout the week
- Mental and Physical note of cals both consumed and burnt
- 2+ bottles of water
- Mostly consume liquids, solids should be small and portioned to specific measurements
- 15,000 steps per day
- No eating after 10pm
- Complete fasting for one week every month
- Sleep as much as possible (hard for me bc I have bad insomnia)
- Take meds. No matter what cals, take meds.
