  • 2+ water bottles a day
  • Any food is allowed as long as it is under 400cals and is eaten after 10pm

  • Mostly consume liquids, solids should be small and portioned to specific measurements

  • Complete fasting for one week every month
  • Sleep as much as possible (hard for me bc I have bad insomnia)
  • Take meds. No matter what cals, take meds.

I really wanna taste food but don't wanna eat.

Therefore, I wonder if just chewing the food then spitting it out and making sure not to swallow it would be ok.

I have to have a long conversation w my brain bout it.
