If you want to become the best version of yourself you need to:

1. Take ownership of your actions. Good, bad, past mistakes and past wins. Everything. Figure out who you really are, not who you think you are.

2. Change your habits to support your growth. What got you here is not going to get you there. Your actions need to align with the version of yourself you want to become. This doesn’t mean adding to your current habits, it means replacing them.

3. Make health & happiness a priority. Self love shows on how you prioritize your health and your well being. You can’t make your dreams come true if you don’t put yourself first. They depend on you.

4. Learn to say no & develop boundaries. Stand up for yourself. Don’t get caught up with distractions. Not everyone will be able to go where you are going. It is okay to say no to things that do not align with the things you want. Break the cycle.

5. Surround yourself with positive people. Energy is important. You become like the people you hang out with the most. It’s scientifically proven. Surround yourself with people who motivate you. Who are positive. Who live the life you are aspiring to. People you can learn from. If they do not add value to your life, they are holding you back from the best version of you.

The Art of Elegance: Fashion Edition

Cultivating elegance allows us to exude grace and sophistication in various aspects of life.

Elegance starts with the way we present ourselves to the world. Here is how I want to start cultivating elegance in my fashion choices:

  1. Embrace timeless pieces: Opt for classic, well-tailored garments that stand the test of time rather than chasing fleeting trends. I honestly do not like a lot of the trends we see nowadays. I have been watching YouTubers like Anna Bey, Lisa Glamour, and Freddy My Love to create my own personal style.
  2. Quality over quantity: Invest in high-quality fabrics and well-crafted pieces that showcase attention to detail and craftsmanship. So that would include cotton, linen, silk (or great quality satin), and etc.
  3. Opt for understated sophistication: Choose refined colors, clean lines, and subtle embellishments that exude sophistication and elegance. I want to invest in some nice jewelry like pearls and gold pieces. Neon colors is a no no. I honestly do not like animal print even though it could be elegant depending on the item.

become a disciplined person easily

it's not that you are lazy or don't know how to do it, you just don't know how to organize your time well, stop telling yourself that you don't have discipline or that's for other people and take action now!

  • start by organizing your current life

what are my goals? what would be my ideal routine? where can i start? what habits are stealing my time or are harmful to me? am i satisfied with my current life? what should i improve? what can i do now to improve?

after answering these questions yourself and having a clearer idea of what you want, write down your short-term goals (for example to become more disciplined in one month by creating small routines) and start organizing yourself, again ask yourself, what can i change right now? and for sure you can improve many things, you can start exercising, have a day and night skincare routine, go for a walk every day, write a diary, whatever you want! and propose to do these new things for at least a week every day, take it as a challenge, even if it is 10 minutes a day, but make a space in your agenda for this new thing you want to start, this is how you will start to create a discipline.

  • find your motivation

what are the long and short-term benefits you will get when you start this habit or routine? how will you feel when you get what you want, no matter how small? what improvements will there be in your life during and after this?

  • little by little

as i explained before you can take this as a small challenge, choose a new "harder" habit and another smaller one like drinking water several times a day, and to remind you of this you can carry a bottle of water with you (and i recommend this habit to everyone). if you want to start exercising and you always end up leaving it, propose to yourself the challenge of doing every day 10 minutes for a week and this way you will get used to it (it can be any task that you want to incorporate to your life) and enjoy the process, write or talk to someone how you feel, it may be hard at first but you have to get used to it, do not put too much effort during the first week, maybe there are days that you do not feel like it, but remember better little than nothing, but remember always do it for your well being and improvement, that is the biggest reason you will find.

it can also help you to keep a record of what you do during the day, you can write it down or use an app called daylio, by seeing your progress will keep you motivated.d

  • wake up one hour earlier than usual and go to sleep one hour earlier
  • organize yourself every day with a planner as soon as you wake up
  • know your goals for the day
  • control the time you spend on social media or watching tv

  • don't give up!

after you have achieved your goal, for example, to lose weight, don't give up the habits you created, you have to keep them in your life so you have to create a routine that suits you and makes you feel happy and motivated at the same time. you will always have more goals to achieve. when you create a routine and a plan of action everything will be much easier for you.

firstly, decide what you want. it can be anything. LITERALLY. go wild. you're limitless, you can get anything. don't think about the how or shit. you want something? you'll get it. okay, now that you've decided it. let's go to the next step!

okay, so i want you to choose an affirmation that implies you have/will get your desire. if you're struggling with choosing one, just go with, "i already have what i want." that's more than enough!

now close your eyes, and just visualize/feel how you would be living your life if you had what you want. and when you visualize/feel, i want you all to vividly do that. use all your senses, and it's okay if you can't visualize is 1st person, doesn't matter. use some music if you want (you all can ask me for song reccs, I AM A PRO AT THAT!). don't think of anything else, throw away your doubts. for some time, immerse yourself in your little daydream. feel that gush of emotion flowing through you. you can do this for as long as you want. after you're done, open your eyes.

now, repeat that affirmation for some times. don't just repeat it like a robot. do it with feeling. that affirmation will be your reality in seconds!! remember that. affirm once or twice or any times, but do it with some feeling.

now that you're done, i want you to close your eyes and tell yourself how powerful you are. basically self concept stuff, just motivate yourself by saying things like i'm the god, i have the power to change my reality in literally seconds. nothing can stop me, everything is possible for me. just say stuff like these, and remind yourself that the moment you open your eyes, you're gonna see what you want in the 3d. that means you're gonna have whatever you want once you open your eyes.

DONE! THAT'S IT! CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE WHAT YOU WANT!!

now, even if you don't see your results (which is HIGHLY unlikely to happen) persist! please, don't give up. assume that whenever you feel like giving up, that's a sign you're one step away from getting what you want. just do it. i know it sounds stupid, but who cares. GOD ISN'T STUPID AND GOD IS YOU!

12HOUR MOVEMENT CHALLENGE

i mentioned several times in the past that at some point in my journey i used to set alarms for every hour i was awake to remind myself to affirm. though i don’t do that anymore due to it being too freaking much, it definitely gave me a lot of movement every time. if you love affirming as much as i do then you should definitely try this! technically it’s only a one day challenge since that’s all you need but you can do it however long you’d like to.

» assuming you already know how long you’re usually awake, set a reminder for every hour. you can use the self pause app, reminders app, alarms, whatever it really doesn’t matter so pls don’t inbox me “do i have to use that app or any app?” just make sure you have something that’ll remind you hourly. my reminders were usually set from 7am - 10pm so not necessarily 12 hours but whatevs.
