I watched this video and thought about that this is some of what people did before internet/iphones. I remember, I did it. I mean yes, you had fun too, maybe would get outside more, and you had good conversations (I still have these things post-internet). You would also sit around swinging necklaces on your finger and twiddle your ankle bracelet. You would maybe pace and smoke a cigarette inside the house. You had limited television choice so you would half watch the tv while a dumb movie was on with tons of commercials. Maybe you would paint your face in the mirror because you were so bored. Its not in this video, but I'm sure the amount of whittling has went waaaaaay down. (sidenote, I immediately looked up how to spell whittling on the very phone I type this and got the answer in seconds) Remember, iphone culture has its problems, but people were really bored to the point of madness back in the day as well.

On the Pavement Wowee Zowee Double vinyl from '95, the whole album fits on the first 3 sides, so the 4th is just blank. Could of added some, like, bonus vinyl tracks like "Kris Kraft" or something, but no. #pavementfacts

we saw The Fault In Our Stars and I ate a hotdog during the previews and these ladies were really eyeballing it from the screen. One disgusted, one curious maybe. and then I cried during the movie a couple times. I liked it. It really puts the pedal to the metal with the old sadness biz. 🌋🐶😭
