To be completely honest? If you preface the conversation with the fact that it's a serious deal you want to talk about, he can manage to keep a lid on his asshole, class clown personality and be present for the topic at hand.
He's got a lot of questions, not all of which you have to answer of course, but medical shit isn't really his area of expertise so he's hoping you can forgive him if he overwhelms you or anything. Luckily for you both, ole Frank's got a steel trap up there- once he gets it, he gets it and you won't have to explain anything again.
Mostly his questions will probably be limited to wanting to know if there's anything else outside of sex that'll cause you pain- once he knows how to carry on going forward with this information, it's all good. At the end of the day, past that prickly outer layer of his- he never ever wants you to feel like you can't tell him things. Especially important stuff like this.
You're the best thing to ever come into his life, you know? And he loves you way too much to blow what you two have over something as stupid as abstinence. Or even just very very limited intercourse, for that matter, assuming such an option were even on the table.

Between you and me, I think of the two, Naga is far more likely to take it in stride tbh. Between running his territory, organizing his operation/underlings, dealings and missions for Perseus, ect ect- you have a hard time seeing much of him at all to begin with. And when he is back? He's so wiped out, getting it on is usually the last thing in his mind.
He does his absolute best to make time for you on the occasions that he is able to lay low for a while, so it won't be hard to find a time to talk about it once he's actually around- hell, he's practically glued to your side when he is. Naga is known to be a little more, dare I say, silly then most- but to his credit, he doesn't have to be told when it's time to switch gears into business mode.
When you break out the topic, of course he's sorry to hear that for you, but he doesn't exactly catch on to why you seem to be all but waiting for him to explode over it. He has his moments with his subordinates and rival Warlords of course, but not even in his worst nightmare could he ever get upset at you.
Maybe during a time when he's more rested and been able to digest what you've told him, he'll revisit the topic and ask some questions about it- but at the end of the day if "very little to no sex" isn't a big deal to you, then you can rest assured he feels the same way.
Besides, in his time Naga has found that there are very, VERY few problems that money can't solve- particularly when you have the kind of... Resources, that he does. So really, if there's some sort of procedure or medication that would help you, all you have to do is say the word if you want it.
If not though, don't worry your pretty head over it- he's not bothered :)
