Friendly reminder....
- That food is simply a conglomeration of energy and nutrients that help power your cells which keep you breathing and thinking and moving
- That calories have no moral value
- That weight is an arbitrary measure of your relationship to Earth’s gravitational pull and in the scope of the universe the difference between Earth’s gravitational pull on any given human compared to any other human is infinitesimally insignificant
- That the mirror will lie to you
- That you are not a bad person for taking care of yourself or nourishing yourself or addressing your needs or taking up space
bro why my period have to do me like this i have to eat so much so i don’t pass out i bl**d so much it hurts and then i gain like 5lbs for the week :/ i feel so skinny when it’s over but fuck ive already had to eat 500 calories so i could clean my apartment without fainting and i’m so bloated ugjhhhhh’nn
When I saw I lost a total of…
- 5 lbs, my wrists seemed less chunky
- 10 lbs, the back of my shoulders seemed less round
- 15 lbs, I had lost the hunch behind my back and my stomach had gotten smaller, plus my jawline started showing
- 20 lbs, my collarbones and the ribs above my breasts started showing, my neck had gotten smaller and my cheekbones started showing
- 25 lbs, my hipbones were visible when I layed on my bed, and my thighs so tinier when I sat on the shower floor
- 30 lbs, my arms seemed thinner. I could see bones, nerves and muscle working under layers of fat that had vanished
- 35 lbs, my calves seemed much more toned than before, and my stomach got even smaller, to the point where I could see my ribs instead of a roll
- 40 lbs, I became more confident when trying on clothes while shopping
- 45 lbs, my breasts started shrinking fast, I hadn’t lost in that zone yet
- 50 lbs, my boss noticed my weight loss and said “wow, is it me or everytime I see you, you’ve gotten smaller?”
- 55 lbs, I went through my clothes and sent more than half of them to thrift stores
- 60 lbs, I took a look in the mirror and saw no double chin, no back rolls and no round tummy
At first, you don’t notice the changes. After a year, you’ve forgotten where you even started. But once you start paying attention, you see the results of all those times you cried, starved, overworked yourself or purged. I swear, one day I’ll extend this list to 95 lbs.

- food consumes every thought
- you feel heavy and just. so fucking disgusting.
- you want to feel the hunger
- gaining weight is one of your biggest fears
- you want to be that friend who’s perfect
- you just want it all to melt off right now.
🌸 100 calorie spaghetti 🌸
Hey guys c:
I thought I’d share my recipe for spaghetti in tomato sauce with you which I’m absolutely in love with. I can finally enjoy some spaghetti without regretti (I’m sorry).
I hope you enjoy it as well!
It makes one serving and it’s only 98 calories in total!
Ingredients
- 200g shirataki noodles (you can get those in Asian supermarkets) ~19 kcal
- 5g garlic ~7 kcal
- 70g onion ~20 kcal
- 200g diced tomatoes ~50 kcal
- some seasoning (I added salt, pepper, chili, frozen basil & parsley) ~2 kcal
Instruction
Rinse your shirataki noodles and put them into a non-stick frying pan. Don’t add anything else yet, we want to dry the noodles a bit to get rid of their rubber-ish texture.
In the meantime you can dice the onions and mince the garlic.
When the noodles start to shrink, you can add the garlic and the onions. Stir it from time to time and be careful to not burn them!
I usually take half of the tomatoes and blend them with an immersion blender so the sauce will be a bit creamier. I then mix the diced tomatoes and the blended ones together and add the seasoning.
When the onions start to turn a bit yellow/brown-ish you can add the sauce.
Let it cook for about 4 minutes and you’re done!
I hope you guys enjoy the recipe as well! I also made a 100 calorie stir-fry recipe.
