I’ve spent more than a healthy amount of time brainstorming a remake of Empire of Dreams that fixes it’s shortcomings and inconsistences and adding a bunch of story; Why? I don’t know honestly…
Two major changes: -Huepow would get switched out for Maruji, it eliminates the glaring plothole while giving a benched concept character time to shine. -Another concept they left out, Purea the jester, would get to antagonize Klonoa on his journey since there was no one stopping him in the original.

Many ancient things have survived into Y’dosk’s modern age. One being the vast mythos and iconography of Azmei, the Watchful Guardian; aka their Sun.
The pre-Downfall depiction of this entity included those piercing infinity eyes, altho its been simplified for modern taste. But the old visual is still used and studied; Acadamia scholars have many interpretations of the three-armed version. Maybe its holding the three closest planets in its “gravitational pull” or its wielding the power of three primordial elements (heat, gravity, vision) even if some details have been lost, some still pay tribute to Azmei in ceremonies.
Drew a bunch of my Zelda ocs, some old, some new. Cycas the Deku, Kherd the Miniblin, Turrus the Bokoblin, and Locus the Twili. Obviously all of em come from different points in the timeline, but reincarnate many times so they’ve met in one lifetime or another.

i think joseph as a human man just straight up falls apart and deteriorates as a man when he isnt able to father a child. the moment there isnt a child for him to raise and care for he just starts becoming worse. Needs something to love and care for or he will wither away. and Hermit Purple being a lil pog champ guy for him is just the only way i can picture Hermie with a humanoid form
