• The father of Demaria started a mass killing of babies once Demaria was born, as he suspected he wasn't the true father as the child didn't have his blond tone of hair and had dark brown hair in the end. Apart the eye tone wasn't seen in neither sides of each family which made him think Demaria's mother cheated on him. He thought that Anelle cheated him with any species of monster, reason why he started a mass killing of babies, also the idea of mewman/human marriage and babies grossed him out (despite being almost the same, just some features changed). Sometimes, he was in command, sometimes it was because he wanted. He kept some embryos for himself. Let's say one of the suprise sisters of Flora was affected by this mass killing and almost didn't make it. The baby massacre was the name people gave to the sudden mass killing of babies. It ended only because Anelle almost caught him as she thought he cheated on her.

Well, he ran away because of Moon multiple times in his youth, but was caught (by her or the MHC).
