I wonder if Alice Oseman ever imagined that they would have such a wide age range of fans. That people in their teens and twenties would read and watch Heartstopper and find themselves, or use it to come out to others; that people in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50, 60s would read and watch and strive to be a teacher like Mr Ajayi or a parent like Sarah Nelson; or weep over their own teen years, the teachers or parents or friends or lovers they didn't have, or the bullying they did have, and then find some healing.

(I ponder weeping over Heartstopper for the bazillionth time.)
