Posting a couple little things in advance for Sinday cause I’ll be traveling but uhhhh, Evan 1000% will jerk it in realms/areas of other killers if he dislikes them enough. Never to the point of making too much of a mess but I know for a fact he’s the type of guy who would sit buttass naked in Wesker’s office or fuck in Clown’s Caravan on the soul principle of ‘fuck ‘em, they don’t deserve a sacred place in this bitch of a fog,’

The Entity may reset and clean those places between trials but he knows, he will always know and it will give him satisfaction!

Something something windows are the eyes to the soul. Something something Sally had sectorial heterochromia in both eyes, so her eyes became a big part of her identity compared to her siblings and even when she travelled away. Whether a person was close to her, they'd know her by her eyes. Something something Sally losing her eyes during her murder and not having them after death speaks both to the complete disrespect she faced, not having a grave, not having a name, her uniform ripped up and picked apart in places, and the last thing that could identify her: her eyes, destroyed during the struggle and fight for her life. And also why it became such a sticking point for her to both close the eyes of the dead-- giving them an (albeit imagined) peace she was denied, and additionally explaining why for some she has such a fixation to steal their souls for herself. They won't get hers back, her eyes are gone, rotted into the earth with her soul, but the others can fill the empty, vacant sockets she's been left with.

OH THIS IS SUCH A GOOD QUESTION!

Survivor Sally is an odd beast to tackle. Personality-wise, she fits a criteria more synonymous with a wine aunt than an involved motherly figure. She is reserved, vigilant, distant, cold, sardonic, overly responsible to the point of seeming 'stuck-up,'

The kind of survivor that's group focused during a trial, but back at the campfire, she'll prefer to sit away from the glowing embers and listen in on conversations rather than chime in with her own stories and thoughts. More of a black cat than a mother hen.

It's not personal, and it certainly doesn't mean she dislikes the survivors; in fact, I would say that survivor Sally loves her teammates platonically at the best of times. Enough to call them her friends and throw herself in front of a killer to protect them. Yet... being super warm, upbeat, bubbly and affectionate. That just ISN'T her. Never has been, never will be. Nowadays, we'd call her introverted and depressed, but back in her day, she was called a schoolmarm and a stick in the mud, and she knew there was truth in the claims.

For this reason, she would pull away from attempts made by other survivors to get closer to her and deepen the seemingly shallow friendships she'll establish with them. Partially out of self-preservation, after all, I've mentioned it before, but loss and feelings of rejection get to Sally like stains on white fabric, but also out of misplaced insecurity: an 'I don't have anything to add, and I don't want to bring the mood down,'

But all of this being said, in the cases of survivors that encourage her input and seem to not only want her presence and guidance but need it? She will try her damnedest. Emerging from her shell, or so to speak, it's difficult but she'll engage them in conversation more, checking in on them, asking questions about the things she'd learned about them, but not only that, remaining close.

Remember what I said about Sally not wanting to teach others her perks? Throw that out the window because now that she doesn't feel she is imposing herself on her teammates, she's happy to help, open to it, and wants to. She'll teach them the basics. No need to go into the particulars, it'll just muddy the waters. How to stitch up a wound, bandage around weapons inside, using a tourniquet, splinting. It may be Healthcare 101 in the fog but it's bonding to her.

Likewise, whether they want to view her as an adoptive maternal figure or guardian, teacher, aunt, anything. All I know is their warmth will mean the world to defrosting her and she will be whatever she can for them. She WILL see them out of this hellhole, even if she pulls a Blight arc and goes killer against the killers to try and bust them out!
