I read some posts that said that Eren only ask Mikasa about how she felt about him to test if she’s only with him because of the ackerbound. Do you think that’s true? Did Eren even meet Zeke than?
Nah, some people just seem to love to minimize Eren and Mikasa relationship and interactions to the whole Ackerbond topic.
The thing is Eren’s “what am I to you?” is a very open question, which means he was expecting to hear Mikasa’s honest feelings about him and the whole set up has evident romantic undertones. Even non-shippers were aware of that. Mikasa only blushed when he asked her that question. He could have stopped by only asking her the first two questions “is it because I saved you or because I’m family?”, yet he asked a third and very open one, so he was expecting a third option, a different answer.
Also, some are giving Eren’s abilities to see the future way too much credit, as if he was able to see every single episode of his life.
Regarding Zeke, they met after Eren had that conversation with Mikasa and left the SC while they all were in Marley, not before, so I really doubt he was “testing” anything.
