Alright y'all, with school season comin back, here are some prime hoe tips to get y'all ready to slay.
1. Develop a skincare regimen at least once daily: wash, exfoliate*, mask*, toner, essential oils, moisturize.
*once weekly, to avoid overshocking your skin.
2. Tea tree oil is bomb for acne and acne scars. Apply that shit.
3. Coconut oil and castor oil for brow/lash growth every night.
4. Go through your closet, and toss clothes you don’t wear. Invest in more neutral colors and fits to configure a wider variety of cute ass outfits.
5. Don’t be afraid to thrift shop; places like TJ Maxx and The Goodwill have bomb ass brands for cheap.
6. Get your books/supplies ready a week before. Prepare yourself.
7. Have all of your test dates/assignment due dates in your phone before classes start. Make sure to request off days of work the nights before major assignments and exams if you can help it.
8. Things to keep in a bag in your locker: pads/tampons, an extra pair of panties, a spare change of clothes & shoes(in case of a wardrobe malfunction), hairbrush and hairtie, nail file & clippers, makeup remover wipes, concealer, masacara, gum, water bottle, extra pens, some spare cash, phone charger, and earbuds.
9. Keep a water bottle in ya bag at all times. A hoes gotta be hydrated.
10. Keep up with ya studies (see my School and Studying Tips post for more details on how to boost that GPA)
11. A week before school starts, develop getting sleep schedule for school by going to bed half an hour earlier every night. This’ll make waking up earlier less of a hell, trust me.
12. Have a go-to makeup look for school that takes 30 mins or less as a default, if you beat your face in the morning.
13. Replace coffee with tea for a more healthy caffeine fix before class.
14. Prepare yourself a decent breakfast before you go to bed, so you can easily grab and go in the morning. Breakfast kickstarts your metabolism and decreases cravings throughout the day, and generally boosts your mood and brain power.
15. If you wear a uniform, make sure that shit is comfortable and actually fits you. Make sure nothing hangs off of you, cuts off circulation, itches, irritates, etc.
16. Need a break from studying? Work out. Burn some calories, clear your mind, and stimulate your brain with some exercise. Swear to god this keeps my grades up and my body lookin fly.
17. Invest in a hair mask (any pharmacy or makeup outlet will have them), or make one yourself. They make your hair super soft and shiny for flipping it when you walk past that group of girls who hate you lol

Glow Up tips
this summer is a great opportunity to glow up on the asses of those who have slept on you. Hope everyone has an amazing come back and that you all get that “ they got hot this summer”
1. drink plenty of water: i know that this is any every “tips post” but it’ll help you maintain a beautiful complexion, fresh breath, help with weight loss, and so so so much more
2. coconut oil: this is the shit! use it for your hair, your face, your legs ….everything.
3.exercise: do your squats, eat healthy food. best form of revenge is a super hot body.
4. post so many selfies on social media …. make sure the photos are super dope and look very luxurious and mysterious and fancy and work on getting more followers. i suggest you look through Russian Instagram to find poses and study selfie angles.
5. have a stunning wardrobe: you don’t need lots of money to dress like you’re rich. it’s all about how you combine your clothes together. chose neat, fshionable clothes. velvet is really in this year and so are lace up dresses and t-shirts. Asos has a very wide range of trendy clothes and it’s not too expensive. You also get 10% off if you’re a student. /p>
6.read and watch lots of movies: get educated and informed over the summer. feed your soul with sophistication. read philosophical books or whatever kind you like . watch old movies.
7. step OUT of your comfort zone: don’t go to bed unless you’ve done something each day that you have never done before. it’ll be a great t boost for your self confidence. i promise!
8.go out, have fun, takes lots of pictures and post them. it doesn’t have to cost much, a simple trip to the beach will do .. just flash that hot hot summer body.
9. be humble, but still, let those bitches know.
10. meet new people and post selfies with them.
11. get a haircut or change your haircut or whatever as long as you change something, have a makeover.
12. do weekly DIY spa days: you can make your own pedi, amni, body scrub, facial masks with ingredients from your kitchen.
13.take good good care of yourself and make sure you’re stress free and happy.
14.stay away from people who make you feel like shit.
15. avoid seeing your fake friends and stick to the passive agressive braging snapchat/IG routine.
16.gloooooow from the inside out.
17. if you have super dry hair and split ends like me, for the love of whatever you believe in just ditch the hair Iron and hair curler and blow dryer…these are the enemy..I know it’s super hard to do especially if you always style your hair with heat but try to find an alternative and only use heat once a week if you must.
18. You should probably consult with your doctor(don’t do this if you’re pregnant/breastfeeding/allergic) …I take biotin once a day and honestly my fingernails grow like crazy and they are super strong and long so I don’t put on acrylics…it’s also good for your hair and metabolism.
19. dry hair ? almond oil and jojoba oil itchy scalp/dandruff ? add a few drops of tea tree oil to your shampoo dull hair ? Mayo . and anything can be solved with coco oil.
20. tea tree oil is a must for clearing ur acne.
21. soak your feet in baking soda and water and then use a pumic stone to remove dead skin cells.
22. for a deep cleansing mask I mix 1 tablespoon of clay with a few drops of tea tree oil and a tablespoon of cold water. If you have dry skin don’t use tea tree oil and add jojoba oil instead of water.
23.moisturize your face twice a day after cleaning with grapeseed oil.
24. for #teamnosleep.. if you have dark circles apply a mask from coffee grinds and almond oil twice a day then rinse witb cold water and moisturize with a good (preferably natural) eye cream.
25. strech marks ? I’ve got the holy grail. if you have a coffee machine you can reuse the capsules/grinded coffee by emptying it to a container, adding brown sugar and a bit of sesame oil/coconut oil and mix …voila …you have your DIY coffee scrub. leave on for 10 minutes in the shower and use everyday and you will notice your skin begining to repair itself.
26. Your fake friends are treating you like crap and are forgetting your worth?
you are a goddess, you do not deserve to be slept on or even minorly disrespected. Don’t you ever forget that. You should not feel like shit when you are champagne in a crystal glass and they are lukewarm piss in a plastic cup.
do not send them messages wondering why they have changed or start a fight or even send them an angry text, they’ll think they have a worth and actually mean something to you. instead, you ignore them so hard they will even begin doubting their own existence and yet keep posting pics of yourself having fun ( or pretending to have fun) abd be all bougie and uninterested.

tips for treating yoself
body:
- Exfoliate once or twice a week.
- Let your vagina breathe - don’t wear underwear to bed unless you’re on your period.
- Change your pad/tampon/etc at least twice a day.
- Don’t wash up inside your vagina (aka douching) it will tip the pH balance in your vagina and you will end up with an infection, you can wash around your thighs/pubic area but that’s it, same applies with perfumes and other body cosmetics.
- Use coconut oil its good for so many things!!
- Use body butters after getting out of the shower.
- Use tea-tree oil for pimples.
- Use sunscreen!!!
- For people with oily skin - use blotting paper around your eyes and in your T - zone.
- Don’t squeeze/pick at pimples - the bacteria on your hands will only make them worse and will create more redness.
- Always use moisturiser before applying makeup
- When washing your vagina, lift up the clitoral hood and softly rub your finger along the hood to wipe away dead skin cells. If you end up masturbating, fuck it.
Hair:
- Wash your hair every 2-3 days. Don’t wash every day because it will make your head dry, try dry shampoos instead.
- Use conditioning treatments weekly in the summer to prevent your hair from losing it’s colour.
- Brush your curls with your fingers to create a more tousled look.
- Before blow drying your hair use volumizing spray or gel on your roots for more definition in your hair.
- Use shampoos that are sulfate free as sulfates dry and damage your hair quicker.
- If your hair is greasy avoid conditioning the roots, just the ends.
- Trim your hair every 6-8 weeks so you have healthy hair and no damaged ends.
- Use avacado oil on your hair in the winter to stop your hair from drying out.
- Dry shampoo is also very good for volumizing your hair.
- The best way to get rid of ingrown hair is to exfoliate.
- Avoid dry shaving your pubes, this will cause redness and spots which are easily treated with hydrocortisone cream or aloe vera.
- If you are to shave, use conditioner instead of shaving cream - you will get a smoother result - that goes for anywhere you shave.
- If you have a big ole mess in your pants try trimming your bush before you shave/wax it.
- Waxing HURTS so if you’re dealing with the burns then place a cold towel in the sore area and leave it for about 15 minutes and then apply aloe.
- If you experience chest/breast hair the best thing to do is pluck the hairs, it’s painful but rewarding.
Makeup:
- Clean your makeup brushes, regularly along with any other makeup appliances (beauty blenders, makeup pads) in a mix of warm water and a little bit of soap.
- Use a blotting tissue and then add a small amout of cream concealer onto your eye makeup to prevent smudging.
- Matte lipstick goes best with a shimmer eye makeup.
- Wearing white eyeliner counteracts the redness in your eyes.
- To make your cheekbones appear higher, use bronzer under the cheekbone and highlighter on the actual cheekbone.
- In summer if you want to avoid caking yourself with foundation - use tinted moisturiser or BB cream instead.
- Always wash your makeup off before going to bed, don’t leave it on.
- Always make sure you blend your foundation so your neck isn’t a different colour to your face.
- Clean your makeup bag out every once in a while and get rid of any products you don’t use - its cleaner, tidier and more hygienic.
- Always make sure you have tape and q-tips handy. Tape is great for a perfect winged eyeliner and q-tips are great for cleaning and tidying up those hard to reach areas.
- Concealer works great for a base for your eye makeup as the makeup will stick to it.
- Using highlighter and illuminators on your cheekbones, browbone and cupid’s bow for a “dewy look”.
- When using cream products like eyeshadow or blush - use translucent powder to set it in place.
- Kat Von-D lipstick is blow job proof :)
- Replace mascara and eyeliners every 3 months or so.
- Don’t share makeup/appliances for your eyes, it may cause infections like conjunctivitis and maybe a sty.
- Blot your lips after applying lipstick to avoid getting lipstick teeth.
General:
- Change your bra every 5-11 days.
- Always make sure your feet are dry before putting on socks and shoes to prevent fungal infections.
- Wash blood stained clothes in cold water with 2 tablespoons of salt.
- Try your own homemade beauty recipes.
- If you peel/lick your lips it will damage them, don’t do that.
- Applying eye cream on the cuticles of your nails will make them stronger and healthier.
- Always carry tampons/pads even when you’re not on your period, someone else might need them.
- Clean out your purse!! Get rid of all that junk and you will thank yourself next time you’re looking for something.
- Masturbate. Whenever you can, it’s rewarding and good for you. (yes girls masturbate too).
- Always pee after sex/masturbation to help avoid getting a UTI.
- Bio-oil is good for stretch marks (as well as loving them).
- Save some nice underwear for yourself and just wear your dead old pants when you’re on your period.
- Buy yourself some nice underwear/lingerie whenever you can. Make sure it’s 100% cotton though otherwise you can get a yeast infection.
- Test yourself every once in a while for STDs. It’s necessary.
- Carry a condom on you, it’s not just the guy’s responsibility.
- Apply a damp tissue to blotchy, red skin after crying, it will make you look as if you haven’t been crying at all.
- Don’t let boys ruin your day.
- Use a paperclip to clip the back of your bra straps together to create a racerback bra.
- Wrap a maxi pad or pantyliner around any poking underwires in your bra.
- Wash your pillow case every 1-2 weeks to help prevent acne.
- Cucumbers are good for dark circles and puffy eyes just place a slice over your eyes and leave for about 15 minutes.
