The Process Church of the Final Judgment, a cult that existed in the late 60s/early 70s, were often accompanied by dogs, usually German Shepherds. Eventually the cult/church would morph and change and become Best Friends Animal Society, one of the largest animal sanctuaries in the world.
For the last few days, if I try to access a post directly from a person’s blog ([username].tumblr.com) and not the “dash view” interface (tumblr.com/[username]/), the like and reblog buttons that used to be in the top-right corner have gone missing. Has anyone else come across that, and is there a fix?
Is it my long-lost buttons, returned from the wars? Seems so. I don’t know what I did to bring them back, but fingers crossed they stick around for a while.

I was watching “The Man with the Twisted Lip” last night and I kid you not there was a scene in which Watson, in his sleep clothes, snuck across a hall to what appeared to be Holmes’ bedroom.
Ostensibly they were given two separate rooms as they were staying over at a client’s residence. In this scene Watson has either gone to his own room where Holmes had already decided he would spend the night or Watson has snuck into Holmes’ room. The way Watson surreptitiously closes the door makes me think it’s the latter. He then proceeds to turn down the bed and climbs into it while Holmes smokes his pipe across from him. Now it appears Holmes spends the whole two hours he allows Watson to sleep in his own corner, but that’s not the point. They are *sharing* a bedroom, propriety be damned. Watson has no reason to be in this room! He even asks Holmes permission to go to sleep because he is exhausted. Wouldn’t this have been easier to accomplish in a separate bedroom?
My conclusion: Granada gives zero fucks. They even keep Watson blessedly unmarried throughout the entire run. I would be hard pressed to believe any other adaptation has been so kind or indulgent to us Holmes/Watson shippers.
