WIP Jake x MC

Soooo, I started to wrote something. It’s a portion from it, and it’s still a work in progress, but I really hope you will like it, when it’s ready. But I am hungarian, so I am worried about my grammar and spelling. If somebody is interested in help me with this, please contact me.

“It was three days after he sent the link to his puzzle, when Jake thought he could rest for a bit, and even risk to send a message or maybe have a conversation... He wanted to. Really wanted to.

He made sure nobody was following him, only paid with cash, never took of his jacket, baseball hat and sunglasses. He travelled at least eighty miles with different vehicles and doesn’t used his real name in the motel, where he wanted to sleep that night. Or maybe not sleep, just take a shower already and get some rest. He was not sure that he could sleep at all. His mind was like a particularly popular server, which was really close to crash.

His first thing was to take a shower. If he somehow calculated wrong, and his pursuers will find him if he turn on his phone, he wanted to be ready to flee again. He wanted to work on his computer, but if they find him, he has to be ready, and take apart a whole pc was not his definition of ’to be ready’, so he didn’t bring it with him. It would be dumb to carry around a computer on the run. Of course, his laptop was still there in his bag, but he was more focused on talking with MC.

When he was clean and fresh again, he flinged down to the bed, and turned on his phone. He stared at the screen, his back is tense, and his hand is stopped while he dried his hair with a towel, when the messages started to storming in. His eyes opened a little wider, as he tried to progress the lots of information running over on his screen. His brain caught a half sentence, and his heart started fluttering.

He quickly opened his messages and immediately find her number at the top of his contact list. She was the last one, who wrote him. And what she wrote...“
