Ok, so they did, slightly, edit the Lost Incident. Which, I kind figured. BUT, it’s not that bad.

In the sub, when Yusaku starts talking about the incident and what happened when they lose we see the ‘You Lose’ screen, followed by a shot of child!Yusaku screaming while he’s being electrocuted and then thrown across the floor.

In the dub everything is pretty much the same, except after ‘You Lose’ flashes on the screen we get a short ‘zzzt’ kind of sound and then see Yusaku tumble across the floor. The shot of him electrocuted is cut.

Also, the second scene, where we see electrical bolts flash across the ‘You Lose’ screen followed by seeing Yusaku tumble across the floor, remains intact.

As does Yusaku being electrocuted in his nightmares and Yusaku mentioning that losing meant they would stop being fed.

So, the only thing cut out is that super short clip of a 6 year old screaming and being electrocuted. And even without that, there’s enough information shown to put together what happened and deduce that he was electrocuted.

Otherwise, it’s surprisingly intact.
