Hello Anon.

Sorry for the late reply. I'm doing alright. A lot of things have happened over the past couple of years. I tried to come back to tumblr a while back, but to no avail. I had wanted to revamp and start tumblr back up. Its been rough. I lost my mother in 2019 and then I got very sick in 2020. I was in excruciating pain for two and a half years. I've lost several pets as well. Six to be exact since the start of 2021.

I've also had some awesome highlights despite the dark times. Been to several concerts. Some that had been postponed, because of the pandemic. I've gotten to reunite with some of my friends after nearly two years of separation due to covid. Its been a crazy few years. I pray things continue to get better.

I hope you are well, Anon. I hope you are safe and healthy too. Thank you so much for checking in on me. I wish I could be on here more often.

My Friends Are My Medicine

I <3 my friends so much. I never had friends try to take care of me when I was sick, sad, depressed or in pain until now. I've been in pain, off & on with kidney stones & stiff joints since last Friday, & they're trying so hard to keep my spirits up right now. Today was bad. 

I don't know what I'd do without them. They're sending me pictures of Hobi to try & make me smile. My friends are the greatest gifts in the world. I don’t want to ever lose them.

Long Time No See

Somehow I found myself venturing back to my blog here, at tumblr. It feels forever and day since I last visited this site. I don’t really know what is going on here anymore, or who is still around. I’m not even sure if I am officially coming back, or if anyone is still interested in me returning, but this blog is full of a lot of memories. Some good. Some bad. Some I wish I could erase from history.

So here is the deal. I’m seriously contemplating starting my blog up, but that of course will come with some major changes. I am no longer apart of any anime fandoms. I actually had to take a major step back from anime and therefore will no longer be active in that community. Which means no more RPs from this point on, for example. I also don’t have the time. 

I currently have retired from the cosplay community as well. While I still attend a couple of anime conventions each year, I decided that cosplay was not my thing. At least for now. 

The cosplay community and anime communities I was so deeply ingrained... well were too volatile and toxic. 

Instead, I returned to my true passion and first love... music. 

You see, two years ago I fell into a great depression. Cutting toxic people out of my life and then having something that meant so much to me ripped from me... I went into a dark place in my mind. Eventually, I rediscovered my passion for music, Kpop in this case, and climbed out of the dark place I was drowning in. Since then I haven’t looked back. 

So this blog is probably going to be more music inclined, kpop to be exact, so I don’t expect, or ask anyone, to stick around who doesn’t want to be. Nor will I be insulted if you unfollow me. I’ve already began to tinker around with my settings and unfollow, inactive blogs. I’m really unsure how I want to proceed, but I don’t want to get so swept up in this site again, that I start having anxiety attacks again.

Yes. That use to happen quite frequently, actually.

I just want to use this site like I originally intended to use it. A blog. A scrapbook. So I intend to revamp and organize it here and there when I am free. I may not be on here daily either. I just can’t. I’m very active on twitter though. It’s much easier for me to keep up with than this site. 

I just need simplicity right now.

I hope those of you who read this post, or are still following me after so long, are well. Thank you for all the interesting memories. I look forward to hopefully make more.

Here are all the ribbons I'll have on me this year at ALA. All of them will be available for trade, unless quantities began to get low. I will keep my media up to date on this as well as my location periodically. I'll also be donating a bunch of ribbons to the ribbon station, so if you can't find me, you can try to get them randomly there as well; though there will be different quanties donated of each of them, so some will be harder to acquire that way.

To earn/collect:

To get the Dare II Dream ribbons all you have to do is ask to take a selfie with me or take a selfie with me if I ask you. I have limited blue ones, (2017 version), but plenty of pink ones, (2018 version).

The off white and navy blue ones are new and honoring the current Kuroshitsuji, (Black Butler), Musical: Tango on the Campania. The show opened December 31st and will close on February 12th. To earn this ribbon just simply answer a question pertaining to the Campania Arc. (may include trivia from the manga, anime film or musical production). However, if you are unable to answer the question, you'll have a second shot at it by declaring your loyalty to the Aurora Society and striking that infamous pose, The Phoenix. Kuro cosplayers automatically get this ribbon, so be sure to find me and get one if you are cosplaying from Black Butler anytime over the weekend.

In addition, I have some remaining Black Butler ribbons from last year. It's the lonesome ribbon posted. To obtain it, you better know your Black Butler trivia. Level: easy to hard. (manga, anime, video game, live action film and musicals). All media types are game.

D.Gray-man ribbons. Cosplayers cosplaying from this series automatically will receive this ribbon. Otherwise you better know all 117 episodes of this anime well. Everything, including the entire English cast.

Lastly, the Mystic Messenger ribbons. Again if you are cosplaying from this game you will automatically receive a ribbon. If you are dressed as an R.F.A. member you will receive the black one, but if you are not and you work for Mint Eye, you'll get the teal one. (MC, Zen, Yoosung) get to choose their colour of ribbon, along with any other none member characters. For non cosplayers: The R.F.A. ribbon, (black), give me your best flirt or pick up line. The Mint Eye ribbon, (teal), since you can't abduct me... I need you to do your best in selling me on joining the Mint Eye religion.

Thursday, I will not be in cosplay. Friday, is undecided. Saturday, I will be cosplaying as Grell Sutcliff, (Black Butler) and attending the gathering. Sunday, I will be dressed as MC, (Mystic Messenger) and hopefully attending that gathering.
