Toku Show List

Inspired by @shadowkaijin​‘s very neatly assembled toku show list, I figured I ought to put together a list of my own of shows I’ve watched/am watching! If you’d like to talk about headcanons or shipping, want recs, or in general are curious about the toku I’ve managed to absorb, please feel free to send me an ask--I love to chat! ^_^ I’ll try to keep it updated.

you have to know where the muscle and sinew connect and how they move, component parts coming together to form a whole, in order to alter their configuration. you have to know what the vital organs are and how they function to add to their number or replace them. to recognise something terrible, you need to be able to say where it went wrong. you have to understand every clench, flex, flutter, and twitch as if it were your own. you have to slip your fingers beneath the skin and run them along every surface, exploring them inside and out until you've committed the entire map to memory. to take something apart and remake it in your image, first you must love it.

A lot of ppl saying the librarian on the grounds that he's an orangutan & I'd just like to note that there is some cut material from LOTR implying that animals are not immune to the Ring (a fish eats it & goes crazy) so I don't actually think it's a given that being an orangutan would protect him

I think there are several very good options, but for those arguing Carrot and Angua I want to point out that Angua would be the Frodo and Carrot would be Sam. like they’d still get that thing in the volcano for sure but I want to be clear about the dynamic

Ahahahaha yeah unfortunately I can never escape Star Wars Day. Half the time when I mention when my birthday is to someone new they immediately say, "oh, Star Wars Day!" and I seethe ridiculously inside for a moment.

Thank you! 💜💜💜 I got to have a ton of breakfast food and some excellent pizza, and we also checked out a comic store near us that turned out to be absolutely lovely and very kid-friendly; it was a wonderful day. 😁😁😁
