My friend hurts himself and so I hold his hand when I’m with him so he can’t use it to hurt himself. And that’s what I was doing when I found out him and his friend have a system where he gets a sticker every day he is clean. And she said “it’s been two days!!” And was so supportive and encouraged me to buy him stickers and join in too. And honestly it was just the most pure thing so I thought I’d share. Thanks bye.
