#what's better about this scene is that it's basically the EMH rescuing chakotay and b'elanna#from dudes very heavily implied to be white supremacist/christian identity/sovereign citizen type shitheads#which was at the time really starting to gain traction in the late 90s/early 00s#and EMH comes in with his new mobile emitter autonomy and owns the shit out of them#VOY wasn't perfect by any means but it had its good moments#not to mention abt how this two-parter ends with a billionaire dying from his own selfish folly (via @formerborgs)
