Friday, August 11th: Hello everyone, I’m Gemma, a bi, mentally ill, and disabled woman in desperate need of help, as I'm struggling to keep my utilities on and due to outstanding bills, I'm in the red with my bank.

As most of you are already aware from my previous posts, I have been struggling financially these past few years due to Covid-19 and my welfare benefit (Universal Credit) being under continuous reviews, which is due to my worsening mental/physical health and the UK’s controversial changes to how benefits are assessed and assigned. After a lengthy health assessment, I have been declared unfit for work. However, I am still waiting for the outcome of my Adult Disability application, which I applied for back on January 15th!!

To be quite honest, these past few months have been absolute hell for me, and with no other income, I've been relying on the kindness of others to get by, and due to creditors and late bills, my account is overdrawn by £30.84. I don't receive my welfare until the 31st, and I could really use some help in paying this and to keep my utilities on.

If anyone could spare any amount to help me, even if it’s just £1/$1/€1, it would save my life, and sharing definitely helps just as much. Thank you so much for all your help!! ❤

My brother has to have his insulin as without it, he will end up in the ER, costing us more. With no car, all we can get is grocery delivery mostly. i don’t know what to do now the kids need to eat and keep asking for dinner. I know I just got help but little man's knee dislocated again and he is back in the hospital. I can't afford 2 hospital visits in a row. EDIT: he's going to need surgery as his knee has small tears and shows that he had issues a few years ago. The insurance covers most of the surgery but they include the intial assesment/visit which is still the $240 and they don't cover that extra bit apparently.

Still doing tarot and tea readings and @scarsofbeauty will do art commissions as I don't qualify for any loans.

edit 2: cps came this morning because of their father and I reiterated what I had already told them about the incident. They're gonna try and do his surgery tomorrow (will moss 1st dayy of school) but it'll leave me negative $242 and i wont be able to feed the boys for the week as my check will go to cover the overdraft. i'm paying someone else back but i can pay back by september.

I don't receive my welfare until the 31st, and I could really use some help in paying these and to keep my utilities on.
