can you give me any tips and tricks you have?

don’t eat at school, always 0 calorie drinks, always keep moving, romanticizing things helps me deal with it, keep thinspo in the hidden section of your camera roll (if you have an iphone), peppermint tea helps bloating, diet coke staves off hunger for at least 30-45 minutes and you can drink as many as you want they’re zero calories, stay out of the kitchen don’t even walk in, get everything ready for the morning because you are going to be very tired and weak. just some stuff. you guys want me to make a masterpost?

My skinny rules

1: Always leave food in the plate 2: Drink a sip of water per each bite 3: Eat as slow as possible 4: NEVER eat alone 5: No bread/sweets 6: Weight myself everyday 7: Drink at least 2L of water 8: Only drink coffee, tea and water 9: Don’t eat processed food

Looking small in baggy clothes 21. To have visible collarbones 22. To have a thigh gap 23. To be the health-nut fit-girl 24. So doing your makeup and hair doesn’t feel like a waste 25. To become someone else’s thinspo 26. So you aren’t wasting your youth 27. For the oversized sweaters and good books on rainy days 28. To be called “tiny” by him. 29. To finally accomplish your ultimate goal weight 30. To comfortably play video games and watch netflix in your underwear 31. Usually when i feel like I’m going to binge i do a few things to stop myself

1. I think about all the cute clothes i can wear when i do drop the weight

2. I spin around a few times to make myself feel a little nauseous so i don’t feel hungry

3. I make myself a cup of coffee or tea

4. I keep a bottle of water on me at all times

5. If i feel like I’m going to binge i eat a small apple or half of a regular one

6. I’d tell myself I’d eat later

7. Convince myself that theres nothing I want to eat in the kitchen anyway

8. That hey when I’m skinny I’ll have a boyfriend or girlfriend that’ll love me.

9. Being able to wear knee socks and they’ll actually look good.

10. If i do feel like I’m going to binge I remind myself about how fat i am and it i do binge I’m just going to gain more weight and have to start again.

Shortly before I binge, I always tell myself: there are more important things in life than being skinny. What’s important to me in life? He is important to me. But I don’t want to feel fat standing next to him. Fashion is important to me. But all the pretty clothes only look good on skinny girls. Of course my friends are important to me. But I’m so ugly and fat compared to them.

My point is yes there are more important things in life. But being fat ruins them.
