A friend of mine has been DMing this campaign for a while, nearly tearing her hair out bc one of her players (a male tiefling bard) has done nothing but try to seduce all the bosses and mini bosses, and the party has won almost every other big battle with little to no actual fighting bc of this.
To make up for lost ability to get skill points or something she had a lot of puzzles and ambushes sprinkled in every dungeon along with several bits of useful treasure for later fights so it wouldn’t be a big issue but she had HAD it with the tiefling undermining her fights with good rolls to seduce.
Final fight, she held nothing back.
DM: Your final boss is an Eldritch being who- Tiefling: [not even letting her finish] I roll to seduce- DM: An Eldritch being who is a lesbian and HATES slutty Tiefling bards! Tiefling: ….. Party: *loses their minds* DM: You actually have to fight now! How does this make you feel? Tiefling: Distraught? DM: GOOD.
