That's so good to hear, thank you for taking the time to tell me, it really means a lot!

The only reason I kept drawing through middle school/high school/college despite not really improving or knowing how to improve was just that I love coming up with these worlds and little stories set in them. Nothing makes me happier. The artists that inspired me growing up were always the ones who created entire universes that you felt like you could just step into.

I'm on a tangent now but I'd really like to highlight the work of Keith Thompson who was and is a HUGE inspiration to me but who literally no one seems to know about.

He used to be pretty big in the mid-2000s and he did all the illustrations for Scott Westerfield's Leviathan books but he hasn't posted anything in years. His website is still up though and I have found out from experience that he does answer emails and is super kind! Check out his stuff.

Anyway sorry for the rant and for clogging up anybody's timeline with this big long post but I just love talking about this stuff
