This is not anthropomorphization but genuinely something theyre known to do. I've heard divers say octopuses and cuttlefish get fascinated by hand gestures and will sometimes respond to them like. We probably do look like we have little cephalopods on the ends of our arms, to them. Like we're always putting on a puppet show.

The science reason is that snailfish (Bibby) are found everywhere in the sea! There are little colorful tropical reef snailfish, arctic snailfish, hydrothermal vent snailfish, snailfish at every depth and every climate, as though something about this is the most efficient and adaptable fish body there is:
They're the cockroaches of fish, in that they're so generalized they can just adapt to anything I guess! So if only one kind of fish is going to adapt to deeper more extreme pressure than any other vertebrate it's statistically likely to be a snailfish, and it was!

The venue is so pretty and then the wrestling can be absolutely off the walls. On more than one occasion I have seen Maki Itoh slice someone's head with a pizza cutter. -Why are they kissing? Wrestling just needs more of it. Sawyer has kissed opponents a few times. -How can I watch this stuff? You can watch GCW with a subscription to Fite TV. Or my personal favorite is IWTV (not Interview With the Vampire) Independent Wrestling TV. A lot of indies will post free matches or shows on YouTube. Support your local wrestlers! I feel that in the wake of drag bans and gender policing that the right indie wrestling community can serve as a protective pocket. HAH! When I was working on character/prop design on Arthur, the script just said that Buster showed up in his pajamas. But since it struck me that Arthur’s pajama design included bunny slippers… and his best friend was a bunny, it seemed fitting to include Aardvark slippers on Buster’s pajama design.
Apparently the storyboard artist was amused and he featured the slippers in a closeup! I was so proud!

Remembering that time I couldn’t focus on my gcse exam bc there was a butterfly in the exam hall. I had to get a teacher to catch it & release bc I was fighting every urge to do it myself but if I got up I’d be disqualified.

At first I thought all the stimming and focus issue memes were supposed to be relatable, like "Aren't us humans so funny with how EVERYONE does these things?"

I learned all this incredibly late in life, but thanks to people discussing these things openly and sharing memes I at least got to learn about it at all.
