The last two years I have been doing a witch secret within the community (also referred to as The Sally Tree witch secret after the phone tree in Practical Magic.) First came the smoke, and then the next year we used the settled ash to plant. This year the wheel turns to water.
This year the witch secret extends to all of civilization for the largest water battle to ever take place. Like a food fight in school except for water. To cleanse the stress of the last few years away and to begin anew. To water the plants that continue to grow from last year so that they will get stronger this year. I do ask that you find either reusable or recyclable tools to conduct this battle. There is enough plastic in our oceans for a few lifetimes. Water cannons and water guns can be used from 7 feet apart.
If you dont feel comfortable in participating in this world wide water fight then any sort of cleansing water spell will do as long as it is "pure of heeeeaaaarrrt". And, with summer also comes fire season for some states if you feel inclined to do workings for that, I'm sure the Earth would appreciate it.
Summerween is June 22. The battle starts when the sun breaks the horizon line.
