Let me explain it a little for you and others who don’t fully understand. When a woman is raped, many get accused of their clothing being too revealing or them acting in a ‘slutty’ manor. This lady holding up the sign is stating how men and children also get raped and is asking a rhetorical question pretty much. Obviously men and kids don’t have tits so they can’t blame their non-existing tits being out for them being raped so why should they put that excuse for being raped on women. In nearly every single case the victim is not at fault, because they are exactly that; a victim.
