not to call all young people snowflakes or anything but i do think a lot of people are soooo averse to anything that makes them uncomfortable (and tend to conflate things that make them uncomfortable with being problematic) and that’s why we have all this dumb sex scene discourse and grown adults who only watch kids stuff and nostalgia-bait and why hollywood is refusing to release anything interesting (because if it makes people uncomfy they won’t make $$$). and it’s so sad like sometimes a piece of art does make you sick to your stomach or make you jump out of your skin or make you weep or turn you on. and that’s a beautiful wonderful thing!!! that’s what art is for!! to let you access all sorts of crazy emotions you can’t access in boring everyday life!!! that’s what makes you feel human!!

I just can't believe Nandor killed a vampire for Guillermo. An ancient vampire killed another of his kind for a human ancestor of Van Helsing. And that vampire did it because the Van Helsing, for the first time in his life, just couldn't do it.
Quick where are the gifsets paralleling the scene where nandor tells guillermo that vampirism is a curse that he doesnt want to give guillermo vs him helping guillermo become human again
This season being about how the vampires all actually do care about each other in their own little fucked up way. Them being pushed into acknowledging each other and their relationship to each other. The vampires treating colin Robinson as a friend instead of a nuisance. Lazlo genuinely helping guillermo out. Nadja looking out for guillermo too. All of them showing up to say goodbye to guillermo and apologize. They love each other so much its fucked up. And now they'll all have to deal with the fact that they care so much about a mortal (especially nandor). The dynamic has shifted again and i cant wait to see how it changes for next season. Specifically because guillermo has lost his biggest motivation and how that will change everything for him
So like the shows gunna end with nandor becoming human right. Like lazlos experiments didnt happen for no reason. Theyre going to discover the cure for vampirism and nandors going to become human so he doesnt have to live an eternity without guillermo
