I’d Like to Apologize.

Hi everyone,

I'd like to apologize for putting Calalini on my 2017 album, Concientia.

Making an album was something I hadn't really planned to do for a while, but what seemed like an amazing opportunity popped up. I was asked to put Calalini on the album, and I was hesitant about what should've been an easy decision. I felt that I could use this chance to redeem myself by rewriting it into something better. However, no matter how much I re-write the song, its original context and connotations will always be a part of it. I wanted to do better, but instead of doing better I was only pretending to do better for my own sake.

A few months ago, I removed the original Calalini from youtube.

(It was still up but with an original apology acknowledging its problems)

I sincerely, deeply apologize and I promise to do better in the future.

Please do not be afraid to message me with your concerns. I want to be more transparent. I take everyone's criticism to heart in hopes of becoming a better person.

WHOOPS

So if any of you followed my main blog, Pumpkinology, you might have seen that it was hacked! I tried just about everything I could to get it to stop, but I made the split decision to just delete it. Thankfully it was tame, but god knows it could’ve gotten worse and I really just didn’t want to risk that. On top of that, I’ve had that tumblr for 8 million years and there’s been a lot of good and bad memories, so now that I’ve just moved to Utah (surprise!) I’d like to start a new chapter.

Of course, this blog will stay the same! But my new main tumblr is Kuragela. It will be barren for a while as I try to fix it. OKAY sorry bye I love you <3

I just want to say something

Hello everyone. This is kind of random but I JUST GOTTA EXPRESS SOME REAL APPRECIATION FOR SOMEONE REAL QUICK

For a couple of years, since 2015, I’ve been working with a guy we’ll call Mr. Ninigi. Mr. Ninigi reached out and wanted to work with me to create the light novel for Echo, and he has been so kind and patient for so many years. When I was helping develop the direction of the novel, I made little drawings of Primadonna (the echo girl) in silly poses and he thought they were so cute that he put them in between the chapters of the book. The Echo light novel is currently being translated into 3 different languages, including the language you’re reading right now and it is coming very soon but I’m not allowed to say anything so just pretend that you have no idea what I’m talking about. Mr. Ninigi has been going out of his way to try very hard to translate the book into Tagalog (not one of the 3 confirmed languages,) so the Filipino side of my family can read it. He told me this today, and I could not help but cry. He’s believed in me this whole time.

There’s always someone out there fighting for you, even in the most unlikely of places. Thank you, Mr. Ninigi.
