Chinese zokor (Eospalax fontanierii). Despite their mole-like appearance, zokors are actually rodents, being closely related to blind mole rats and bamboo rats. But unlike other burrowing rodents, they dig using their claws and not their incisors!

We talk a lot about how once you’re an adult, you’re like “oh shit but I don’t feel like an adult.” And yeah, for sure. But I do want to mention that there’s also lots of times where I’m doing something very adulty, and I’m like yeah, I feel mature enough for this, I feel equipped to handle this, this is something I wouldnt have wanted to do ten years ago but find satisfying now, I enjoy the responsibility of what I’m doing, and I have expendable cash to spend on causes that matter to me and also novelty rain boots. It’s dope.

some troll on reddit started dming me and telling me to kill myself and calling me a tranny and all that. and then, a half an hour in, they spring this on me

I tried to gently push them on if their dislike of people being happily trans was jealousy and it turns out they're Catholic and believe suffering makes you a better person. I tried to imply that, maybe, they believe that the suffering of them being a man is something that's making them a better person, which is why they're so opposed to trans person, and they admitted that "being a man def takes a toll on me" but "you just adapt and accept thats how it is and you cant change that"
