This is a map of the range of all giraffe species. By my count that puts them in just 16 countries out of the 54 in Africa (of which 5 are island countries with no territory on the continental mainland). That's 30%, quite a long way shy of all, and as you can see many of those countries that do have giraffes only have a tiny portion of their territory within giraffes' habitats

Wow, I knew they weren't in "every African country", but I didn't realize just how restricted their range was

since temu has been gaining immense popularity and i’ve seen a bunch of people post temu tarot deck hauls on tiktok, this is your reminder to not purchase any tarot or oracle decks off of that site. they are 100% counterfeit decks. meaning the original creators are getting no money from that sale. these decks also most likely do not come with a physical guidebook and the card quality is trash! if you want a tarot or oracle deck that’s legit, buy from publishers! or directly from the artist if possible!

even amazon sells counterfeit decks so it’s best to be aware of the signs so you know what to look for! any deck that is listed as “mini deck” with a qr code to scan to get to the guidebook is 9 times out of 10, a scam. don’t be tricked by cheap prices. it sucks but sometimes you have to spend that $20 to get an official deck!

if you want cheap decks, search on mercari/depop/ebay for used decks! or even thrift stores! people tend to sell their gently used decks for cheaper than the original price!
