I don’t know who’s blogs it’s hit already, but tumblr literally just did an incredibly shitty update that is going to RUIN the rp side of tumblr if it sticks.

You know that nice little rule all admins always use, asking players to cut their posts? Tumblr has taken away the ability to edit, in any way shape or form, additions to posts made by others. The only option will be to COMPLETELY DELETE what has previously been written.

“Oh, I’l just go into the html option and–” Nope! Nope. Nope Nope NOpe. When you hit the html button, you will only have the ability to edit what you’re writing/adding on!

I have yet to see a tumblr update be undone, so I literally don’t know what we can even possibly do. As far as I’m aware, xkit hasn’t been updated in a long while, and probably wont be any time soon?

I’m going to be sending messages from basically every single rp account I have, and I highly encourage anyone with time to take screen shots and send the staff a message and do the same. I know there’s a lot of us. Even if we can get them to give the option the delete individual parts of what was previously added, it would be something.
