-my blog is mostly reblogs. A good handful of leftist politics, some fandom stuff, Jewish stuff, etc. this should go without saying but this isn’t a safe space for bigots of any kind, including TERFs.

-my fiancé died 11 months ago, and if you don’t wanna see me post about it and my mourning, block the name “Dylan” bc I always tag it.

To the actual people who try to follow my blog with empty ones:

I've had three new followers today, all empty blogs, but one of them had likes enabled and I could see they had liked stuff that makes sense for an actual person with an interest to follow a Gundam Wing blog. That one was the only one I didn't block.

If I accidentally block you because I think you're a bot I apologize, but please understand that I can't DM everyone to ask if they're an actual human being. Looking at a screen currently makes me sick as it is. So either drop me a line or an anon ask or whatever or don't be a silent, empty blog with no likes displayed and a profile pic of a woman because that's exactly what porn bot blogs look like.

This is what I meant. I made the above post, got a couple of likes and reblogs and immediately these two bots sprang up as new followers. There is nothing to them, nothing obscene, but they’re still part of the bot problem that tries to create traffic for iffy, unsavory sites using Tumblr.

This sums it up pretty well. I thought the Bot Wars were over, but clearly they're back aggressively.
