i think of sans and papyrus as versions of myself (since that’s all i feel I’m educated on)  They would probably have a strained relationship.

sans would avoid at all cost to say that he has any problems, because he doesn’t want papyrus to over exert himself or force himself onto papyrus.

paps would feel disgusted with himself. Always wanting to help sans, but he feeling like he is using sans or enjoys sans’ discomfort.

For other information on paps and sans. i think paps is hecka intelligent, just gullible and a sweetheart, sans is perceptive and like ta give people the benefit of the doubt, but doesn’t trust anyone kept for papyrus. Cause he leaves himself to the darker parts of his mind, he has some pretty bad mental problems. — this makes paps half heartedly upset at sans, cause sans doesn’t do anything, but knows sans isn’t doing it on purpose to be rude. — paps loves sans’ jokes but wont “admit” it.  they fight sometimes cause they get upset at each other for the nagging or the laziness or the self hatred they will say and the other disagrees. but they love one another and don’t wanna leave them cause they wanna help one another.

i like it when sans and paps can be gental with their words at some points, but super rough at other points– maybe cause they are pissed off and want the other person to fraken listen!!!
