Apparently, Francis Ford Coppola decided to get an actual Romanian priest to do the marriage scene in Dracula and then for some reason decided to do the entire marriage ceremony, and then when they were promoting Destination Wedding she was telling that story and realized midway through “Wait….does that make it legally binding?”

- Checking to make sure you aren’t holding tension in your body
- Breathing exercises
- Putting everything in its proper place before you go to work/school for the day or before you go to bed
- Reminding yourself you’re capable
