Hello @kabloomn, I was your secret partner for this year’s @precuresecretexchange!

You said Splash Star was one of your favorite seasons, so I drew Saki and Mai in their pretty dress up outfits!

Hope you’ll like it~ 💝

The purpose of child hero stories is not “this universe is abusive toward children and no one has child age labor laws” it is that they are stories written for children so that they can see themselves overcoming challenges and defeating monsters.

Okay, so I loved this question and may have gone a little overboard.

First of all, this is an AU where the Cures actually age instead of all being the same age forever. (One year passes per series, like in real life.) The V3Cures are in the place of Healin’ Good Precure, but they’re still older than a lot of the newer Cures since the V3 kids started out as high schoolers instead of middle schoolers.

I think Kaede would hang out with the Suite girls, but also I think she’d love meeting the other Cures who play piano. Even Iona. Also I think Mana could give her some advice on how to handle the other Cures having crushes on you.

Meanwhile, Shuichi could get some advice from Tsubomi on how to handle teammates who are kind of overbearing. Also, Megumi would be super hype to show off the detective Precard to a real-life detective. (Komachi is doing research for a mystery novel…) I also think Shuichi would end up approached by Karen to talk about how to deal with feeling abandoned by your parents.

Kaito would totally geek out over the Star Twinkle girls, but I think all of them would by excited to talk to Tsubomi, who canonically plans to work for NASA as an astrobotanist at the end of the series. (9 years since Heartcatch, means she’s in her 20s, so probably a grad student.) Also, the “I wanna be a hero” trio.

Maki would hang out with the fairies instead of other people. (Also she’s got specific tastes…) But when she can be convinced to talk with the other Cures, I think she would complain share stories about being in charge of a bunch of little kids with Elena and Nao. On a more serious note, Makoto and Yuri could give her advice dealing with the death of a loved one. (Her childhood friend from the orphanage, in case it wasn’t clear.)

In general, I think Kokichi would run around bothering everyone he can, but I really like the idea of a kind of meeting among all of the former-villain Cures. This is a great opportunity to meet Yuni, who is super happy to also go around bothering people. Regina joins in to form the “causing problems on purpose” trio. (Plus Hime.) Hime is a little shy, but eventually she’d get drawn in too.

Tsumugi and Rantaro are already evil and depowered respectively, but if they did meet all the other Cures, I think Tsumugi would be really, really excited. It’d be kind of flattering but start to get uncomfortable when it became clear she’s treating the others more like characters than people. Meanwhile, Rantaro would be struck be the terrible realization that a bunch of the other Cures are really young.
