For me, it was kind of obvious. I grew up having a strong opinionated mother who was also very warm and loving, and you know, a Polish mother, a Jewish mother. And then all of my girlfriends, they’re all very strong and independent and smart and soft and funny. And I believe that’s the way we are, you know, women. I’m very grateful and privileged to have the opportunity to portray the extreme version of that. I bring only what I believe in, and that’s exactly what I believe in.
If you want to run for Prime Minister, you can. If you don’t, that’s wonderful, too. Shave your armpits, don’t shave them, wear flats one day, heels the next. These things are so irrelevant and surface to what it is all really about, and I wish people wouldn’t get caught up in that. We want to empower women to do exactly what they want, to be true to themselves, to have the opportunities to develop.
FAVORITE LADIES MEME ♡ Margot Robbie ↳ “Being a woman in Hollywood means you will probably have to fight through degrading situations. Struggle for the right to earn a living, the right to be heard, even the right to be safe from harm… [Be] in the shadows of big trees, constantly reminded that we only grow in the sunshine they allow us.”
I got given my bunny when I was born and I still sleep with my bunny and I’m 27. So bunny’s really old.
