people will praise fathers in warrior cats for doing the literal bare minimum and then turn around and tear mothers down for making even the smallest mistake or even just. not doing something the way they want to do it. like why does shellheart get praised for being a good dad all he did was Not Be Mean to crookedstar he barely even tried to intervene when rainflower was horrible to him again he did like the literal bare minimum. i have to see people say that if crowfeather knew about the three from the start he would’ve loved them as if we don’t have textual evidence that he’s a bad father. and then you’ve got people bending over backwards to say why characters like sasha or sparkpelt are terrible mothers who deserve to be hated by their kids. idk it’s crazy
