More info: If you have downloaded anything from Curseforge since May 20th or Bukkit since April, PLEASE read the link above.

Windows Users: The best and simplest check is to open Explorer, and type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft Edge in the top bar. If this folder exists, you have likely been compromised. Kill all Java processes running on your machine from Task Manager, delete the folder you just viewed as well as these:

%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\run.bat
Open regedit from your start menu by typing it into search, and then type HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run into the top bar. Delete the key with the name "t".

Make sure to change all of your passwords, especially any that are currently saved in your browser's autofill, as well as Discord passwords and Microsoft account passwords.

Note: If you have show hidden files enabled and are infected, go to the Microsoft Edge folder and upload libWebGL64.jar to https://wormhole.app, then email the link it gives you to fractureiser.investigation@opayq.com to help the people investigating learn more about this!

If you were infected, copy all Minecraft saves you want to keep somewhere else, as well as anything that is not a .jar file, and reset Windows entirely.

Do not open Minecraft, especially do not open modded Minecraft, and especially especially do not download any mods.

The final stage of the malware appears to have .jar infection capability according to the live research document. While it's not known if this code would ever run or why, it is better to be safe than sorry.

Thinking on that idea where everyone survives murderstuck except Karkat because he moved Feferi out of the way and accidently started a whole chain of events that allowed everyone to survive except him

So while he is chilling in the bubbles everyones trying to find his body because Gamzee hide it and realized that without him the session is DOOMED

Maybe it doesn't even go perfectly maybe vriska still kills tavros, but due to stress and trauma Feferi's life powers awaken and she's able to revive him.

But when they go to revive Karkat they can't find his corpse because they turned their back on the body.

There are two things that I have loved the most about making this AU

One is adding depth to the characters, having them talk to each other about their problems and make them more human (or troll I guess?). I feel like they all have a lot of potential to be more complex, and I'm loving adding to that in this AU (that and I also love drawing cute characters with fluffy hair and giving them a full range of expressions)

The second one is changing my own story again and again every time I encountered another kid that could be saved. The original story never contemplated saving the sprites, the other John and Jade (now June and Josh) or possibly the rest of Karkat's team, but I just keep finding these characters in the way of the narrative and I go "do I really have to kill them like in the original?" and the answer is usually "nah, I'll make it work"
