five minutes of exercise is better than none. one snack is better than three. 1500 cals is better than 2000.

Don't get me wrong, I love summer. But now that it's August I'm getting that nostalgic yearning for dreary Autumn days with oversized sweaters, leggings and boots that fit just perfectly and make me look dainty 🍁🍂
