Biden is joyfully handing his good friend Bibi all the munitions he desires while trying to say those opposed to such actions are chaos actors who are being tricked into pushing his popularity numbers down by foreign media. I was pro-palestine and anti-war long before I could vote, let alone knew who Biden was. No one is paying me to stand by my long-held political ideals and moral compass.

All they have is spin and it's not even good spin. Let them spin in their Graves, I say.

and his father - who I owe an apology to! this is a complete tangent, but I thought the other stud at the cattery had cucked him, because Belphegor has white spotting but neither of his parents do. which is genetically impossible (it's a co-dominant, not a recessive, meaning it would always be visible)

but those bat ears of his father, with their notched flanges, are so weird and distinctive! you can see that Belphegor has them, and nearly all of his littermates do too

SO NOW I'm thinking, the father has to have some white spotting that just isn't visible in his photo! right? like a white tail-tip, or a single white toe on his back foot, or maybe a locket on his chest? I've become an ear truther

but what was the original ask, I got completely distracted by the cuckoldry speculation. oh yeah, aging, yeah I think Belphegor will grow up to look noble and beautiful like his mother and his (maybe) father

how embarrassing, I got so laser-focused on Belphegor that I neglected the other pieces of evidence (his siblings). this is genuinely very stupid of me.

his litter consists of:

  • 1 seal point with white (Belphegor)
  • 1 blue point with white
  • 1 seal tabby point with white
  • 1 blue spotted tabby with white
  • 1 seal tabby with white
  • 1 black self with white

tabby is a dominant, and white-spotting is a co-dominant. this means that - since his mother has neither tabby nor white-spotting - the father would need to visually express both. old bat-ears has neither.

you know who does have them, though? the only other stud cat at the cattery. and the one who supposedly did not father this litter.

this means we now have a solid answer to this question:

Belphegor........I'm sorry, my boy. you were born a bastard in a bed of cuckoldry.

as an update, his ears changed to look more like the illegitimate father. I don’t think there any more doubt: my son is a bastard
