The time you spend resting and healing was necessary
you have to start somewhere, right?
don't just exist . live .
- Set the mood
Turn peaceful music on or a study with me video. light your candles. tidy your space. Grab a warm drink. Create a space you want to spend time in.
2. Plan
Create a To-do list. Focus on difficult topics. Be reasonable with the amount you assign yourself to do.
3. Ask yourself “Why am I doing this?”
When you have a good reason for what you're doing it's very motivating. For example… Good grades, knowledge, Taking away future stress, etc. Have a WHY.
4. Prepare supplies
Take out everything you need to study. Be prepared so you don't have to get up in the middle of studying.
5. Use the Animedoro method
The Animedoro method is when you work for 40 minutes and take a break for 20. Many watch a show during break time, but you could really do anything. I prefer doing this two times in a row.
