Run with me down the rain-soaked streets, hand in hand, laughing in the wind, hearing the music as each drop into the puddles sings. Moon up ahead, stars twinkling, lightness in the soul and dreams in each footstep as we run into the unknown.

Life isn't easy and you don't have to constantly pretend that you're ok. You don't have to put on a brave face for school and work, if you're not ok, open up to people. Even if it feels out of place, you don't have to trauma dump, just letting people know: "Hey, I am going through something today/recently" will make them more sympathetic ususally. Maybe they will offer support, maybe not. But forcing yourself to look ok, happy even, when you are depressed, is a dangerous game, before you know it you are completely isolated and no one knows. Opening up a bit is a good exercise for a lot of people.
