okay, so … for a lot of you, this won’t matter even a tiny bit. most of you won’t care, because a lot of my following has moved past me into different fandoms or interests or w/e due to my inactivity.

but i’m posting this here in case anyone wants to follow me in this new place. i’m gonna be following a few people of note on my own, but otherwise, i’m gonna let people listen to me first, because i don’t want to assume people still want me on their feed.

an important note is that this blog is going to be a little different from this one. another primary reason i didn’t want to stick around here is that i felt like i was pretending to be someone i wasn’t, and the facade was killing me. i needed a new start.

basicaly … you’re going to see stuff on that blog that you might disagree with, or might fit a narrative you’re not interested in. which is fine. that’s why i’m not forcing people to listen to me.

Part of my roadtrip tool me to Atlanta. And, the Civil Rights Center was amazing. Very powerful. They have this one exhibit where you sit at a lunch counter and close your eyes and put on headphones. And It plays sounds like you are at a sit in and people are yelling. And it times how long you can sit there for. I think i lasted almost a minute before i was almost crying.

It…made its point.

If you make it long enough, the chair actually shakes a little, along with the sound of someone hitting the chair with a bat. It was super intense. (It included a trigger warning for obvious reasons.)

Yes, waterbenders can bend any water based material, as shown when Katara bends ink (Book 3, Chapter 16, “The Southern Raiders”) and soup (Book 3, Chapter 8, “The Runaway”). so as long as the oil is water based (baby oil, cooking oil, etc) then yes. If you’re talking about oil like for a car, then no, they can’t, because it isn’t water based.

Glass is made of sand and earthbenders can bend sand (Book 2, Chapter 10, “The Library”) and furthermore earthbenders can bend the earth particles in metal (Book 2, Chapter 19, “The Guru”) so it stands to reason that they can bend the sand particles in glass. There is a question of whether or not they can still bend it because it is a very purified form of earth and another pure form of earth, platinum, is unbendable (LOK Book 1, Chapter 7, “The Aftermath”). However, when the sand is turned into glass it becomes crystalline (sand is mostly quartz particles after all) and we know earth benders can bend crystals (Book 1 Chapter 5 “The King of Omashu” when Bumi bends the creeping crystal).

lions can be fucked up, yo.  also this is SUPER common from what i’ve heard.  can even happen within members of the same pride, which is typically why there’s so many more female lions than males: the males will go out of their way to kill cubs that aren’t their own offspring.

But then you pick the shark, the god damn apex predator of the ocean. I go in there and try to fight it anyways. I fucking lose though because its a mother fucking shark and instead the shark wins your affection and you two end up getting married. That was 6 years ago and now whenever im on facebook I see how happy you are with your shark husband and shark children.
