Also, don't let this exciting new Ace Attorney news overshadow the other big Takumi-related event at the showcase today, which is that the Ghost Trick demo is now available, and you can play up to chapter 2 of that game! It will carry over to your full save later.

Shu Takumi gave this presentation in English, and he says he practiced very hard for two weeks to be able to do so. Though I know lots of us on my blog are primarily Ace Attorney fans, I strongly encourage you to try out Ghost Trick if you haven't done so before.

since the winners were announced, I can finally post my entry for the Pokemon Masters art contest! (I've been itching to post it for a while now ;w;) I didn't place, but it was still fun to do! I wanted to imagine a scene from Emmet's story in the tea party event (one that could potentially happen after Piers gives Emmet his advice)

Oh man the million dollar question xD

Akio would initially be hesitant to take care of a child, but he will eventually cave in because deep down he can't ignore helpless babies. He will spoil them and snuggle them 🦊

Yukiko im less sure, she's not mean but she's not as affectionate as akio, but she shows her care in an indirect way? Like, if the child got too close to a dangerous place/did something bad the one who'd reprimand them is yukiko ❄️ Akio might just give them a slap on the wrist but yukiko is stricter

I like to think they balance each other out ^^ when if they have a child they will have to cooperate more, since rearing a kid is so different than what they usually do haha

While we’re complaining, I’m also getting really tired of staff replacing commonly used, muscle memory features with new features to force us to repeatedly click on the new feature, only to “hear our concerns” and “roll it back” when it was only ever a transparent way of forcing us to interact with the new features

Replacing the search tab with tumblr live, replacing the BLOG tab of all things with tumblrmart, and now replacing the add tags button with an add community labels button. It’s getting kind of infuriating!

And I’m not even opposed to tumblrmart and community labels! I’m using them. I just hate getting slapped in the face with them for weeks at a time!

That’s not even to mention replacing double-tap to zoom with double-tap to like (a feature which was already present on posts but now applies to images you’re looking at), replacing “swipe down to exit image” with “swipe down to see a random assortment of images from people you don’t follow and never will”, and whatever godforsaken thing is going on with the new video player that never loads

And this fucking guy that won’t go away even while I type this!!

Sorry, they made her a "queen" so she can't be funny or vulnerable or do anything except sigh and wrangle the boy characters. Like a mother, yeah.
