I'm really big on diversity here, and you are the goal that I wanna see. You're Latino, in a leading role; Joel doesn't have to be Latino. Joel could be anybody and that's where I get really excited. You're there, you're representing, and you can just be. You don't have to be, like, overly Latino. You might not be aware, but 75 years of Emmy history, and only one Latino actor has been nominated for Lead Actor - Drama. That's Jimmy Smits. He didn't win? He didn't win.
